Mathias Rönnfeldt
Managing Director, SP3 GmbH
Mathias Rönnfeldt holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. After several years as a Technical Director in lighting development, he became Director Engineering Lighting EMEA at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors in 2022. In this role, he was responsible across Europe for the engineering of lighting and smart surface components, including large-scale production programs for international OEMs. Since 2025, he has been Managing Director of SP3 GmbH, a specialist in lighting technology, prototyping, and small-series development. Combining his background in series development and innovation projects, he bridges technological feasibility with design ambition and drives impulses for the future of automotive lighting systems.
